Midlake Apartments
Located just one block behind the Duck Pond in Fountain City, our Midlake Apartments are the epitome of convenience and comfort. Enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding area, with easy access to local parks, churches, restaurants, and shops. Our updated apartments feature coin-operated laundry facilities, and rent includes water, sewer, trash, and lawn care services. Rents start at $800, with a deposit of $500 (half-refundable) and an application fee of $40 per adult.
Duplexes in Halls
Our duplexes in Halls offer the perfect blend of space and convenience. Enjoy over 725 square feet of living space in the Glen Walker duplexes, located off Emory Road just one mile from Halls Crossroads. Alternatively, the Old Andersonville duplex is situated near Florence Garden Subdivision and boasts 1000 square feet of spacious living. Both options feature storage galore, modern amenities, and quiet areas for relaxation.
Application Process
While we offer our application online, we do require a printed application to be submitted to our office, accompanied by a $500 (half-refundable) deposit and an application fee of $40 per adult. We only accept applications when we have an available unit; however, we'll happily add you to our waiting list if preferred. Please contact us to inquire about availability or with any questions.
