Pet & Parking Policies
At Sun Plaza, we welcome cats and dogs with a maximum of two pets per home. There are no weight restrictions, and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet applies. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. For more information on our pet policy, please contact our leasing office.
