Chris is a trusted advisor to many long-term clients and has closed transactions in excess of $400,000,000.

Our team also includes Associate Broker Ron Hirsch, who has extensive experience in representing buyers and sellers of local investment properties. Ron's expertise includes the sale, exchange, and leasing of commercial and industrial buildings, office buildings, apartments, mobile home parks, RV parks, hotels, and motels. He has also represented local buyers in the purchase or exchange of properties in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

Sales Associate Chuck Griffen joined Shoemaker Commercial in 2016. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Chuck has represented sellers, buyers, tenants, and landlords in successful real estate transactions, both locally and throughout California. His clients include a wide range of businesses, from Central Coast Alliance for Health to Pacific Veterinary Specialists.
