Poor Service and Management
Mohamed Yousef, a previous resident, left a scathing review with a 1-star rating. He had a terrible experience with the management team, citing unreturned security deposits and being sent to collections for allegedly late move-out notices. He warned potential residents to avoid this place at all costs and to document every communication with the management.
Excellent Maintenance
On the other hand, several residents praised the maintenance team, giving 5-star reviews. Shelby Edelson was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the maintenance crew, stating that problems were resolved within a day or two. Patricia Dettra, Gilbert Martinelli, Alex Pittenger, and Kathy Strahan all raved about the excellent service and prompt attention to their maintenance issues. Richard Kentwell appreciated the friendly and helpful office staff, while John Doherty praised the professionalism and courtesy of the office and maintenance staff.
Issues with Apartments and Move-out Process
Adrian A. left a 1-star review, expressing frustration with the condition of their apartment upon move-in. Despite the issues, they were still charged for the same problems after moving out early. Kathy Strahan had a mixed experience, initially having issues with her kitchen and refrigerator but eventually getting them resolved with the maintenance team. Sherri Laster was disappointed with the handling of her virtual tour appointment, which was missed. B. Roberts was unhappy with the age and condition of their apartment, citing old kitchen and bathroom fixtures, as well as poor grounds maintenance.
