At Park Vista, we're more than just a place to live - we're a community. Located in the heart of Southwest Portland's historic Goose Hollow neighborhood, our mid-century modern building offers a unique living experience that combines the best of city living with a neighborhood feel.

Our Story

Park Vista is a co-op, which means that all of our residents are owners and actively govern the management of the building through a board of directors. This unique set-up ensures that all residents are truly invested in the building and can contribute to a harmonious and happy living environment. Our building features 58 inviting apartments, each with a large balcony or terrace and plenty of windows to take in the cityscape. We also offer a range of amenities, including concierge services, janitorial and maintenance staff, community rooms, a fitness room, and more.

What is a Co-Op?

A co-op, or cooperative corporation, is a type of housing community where residents own shares in the corporation rather than individual units. This allows us to negotiate lower rates for services, including utilities, property taxes, and insurance. As a co-op, we're able to work together to make decisions about the management of our building, creating a sense of community and cooperation among our residents.
