Our vision is to be recognized as the premier affordable housing provider and resource for seniors and their families within the Greater Naperville and DuPage County community and beyond. We aim to address the growing need for affordable housing for seniors, as projected by Harvard's Joint Housing Center Study.

History

Martin Avenue Apartments has a legacy of nearly 50 years, with a deep understanding and concern for low-income seniors and persons with disabilities. Over the years, we have continuously worked to improve our facilities and services to meet the evolving needs of our residents. In 2019, we underwent a renovation and expansion of our affordable living facilities, thanks to an award of $24 million dollars of Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the Illinois Housing Development Authority. This has enabled us to upgrade our programs and provide the best housing value and services for low-income seniors.
