Disappointing Experience at Graystar
The reviews highlight a range of issues with the Graystar community, starting with the lack of coordination between vendors and residents. One reviewer, Heather McDaniel-Burrell, shares her disappointing experience, stating that she has been living in the community for six months and misses the previous management, Graystar. She criticizes the current management for not making an effort to coordinate vendor appointments with residents, expecting everything to work out fine without any planning.
The lack of communication and unprofessionalism from the office staff are also highlighted. Specifically, Heather mentions that she was given an 8-hour window for a pest control service and was left in the dark about the arrival time. When she tried to get answers from the office staff, she was met with lack of information and unhelpful responses. The only staff member who seems to be proactive is Britanny, but the other two office ladies appear to be unable to provide any answers, leaving residents waiting for callbacks.
