Application and Move-In Process

Applications are required for each person that will be living at the property that is over the age of 18. We utilize a professional screening company to process tenant applications. The screening looks at your rental history, credit, income & criminal background. The application usually takes 2 business days to process. With your application, we will need photo ID & a current income statement. Move-in documents consist of the rental agreement, deposit agreement, move-in condition report, mold & lead addendums, pet addendum (if allowed), and utility forms.
