Our Team
Ryan P. Mallery, CEO & Fund Manager
As the founder and managing principal of Big River Real Estate, Ryan has been involved in various forms of real property ownership, development, management, and financing throughout his career. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Business and is a proud alumnus of the UW's world-renowned Real Estate and Urban Land Economics program. Prior to founding his own firm, Ryan worked for a real estate development firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he was responsible for analytical modeling, due diligence, and project management on developments ranging from $2-$50 Million.
Thomas F. Mallery, Esq., Counsel & Fund Advisor
Thomas F. ("Tuck") Mallery has been licensed to practice law in Wisconsin since 1974. He founded the predecessor to Mallery & Zimmerman, S.C. in Wausau, Wisconsin in 1975. With a strong background in creditor rights, loan documents, and commercial real estate law, Tuck serves as the chief legal advisor and trusted partner to Big River Real Estate. He has a deep understanding of real estate transactions and has played a crucial role in shaping the company's legal and strategic decisions.

Honesty and Communication

The owners have a good reputation for providing high-quality service and products. Jessie loves the boat he purchased, a 2017 Excel Catfish Pro XP 200 with a 115hp Yamaha Sho, and says it's the best price he's seen. Bill went out of his way to make his customers happy.
Availability and Timing
The reviewers were impressed with the prompt service and availability of the owners. Jason's boat was fixed in a short timeframe, and Bill was able to meet Sam on a Sunday to complete the sale.
