Maintenance and Repairs
The majority of the reviews express frustration with the maintenance and repairs at this apartment complex. Star Entertainment mentions that maintenance is poor, taking months to fix issues and even lying about sending someone to address problems. Parys Walker reports that her air conditioning has been out for over two months and her calls are being ignored, while also mentioning a hole in her roof that was not fixed and various other issues with her unit.
