• Government Processing for Cities & State: We provide assistance with applications to Cities for Entitlements and compliance with the California Department of Real Estate. • Coastal Applications: Developing on the California coastline requires approval from the California Coastal Commission, and we are here to assist with the application process from start to finish. • CC&R's: We prepare and time CC&R's and other HOA documents to coincide with the end of construction, ensuring that clients are able to successfully sell out their projects and meet all necessary legal requirements.
