Our Heritage

Our story began with the founding of Vantage Property Investors by Edward (Ned) D. Fox, Stuart J. S. Gulland, Andrew Fox, and Russell Gould in 2003. Over the years, our team has successfully acquired and redeveloped several properties, generating value through a combination of creative office spaces, strategic locations, and innovative design.

Our Projects

We are proud to have developed some of the most sought-after properties in the Western United States. Playa Jefferson

One of our flagship properties is Playa Jefferson, a 250,000 square foot creative office campus located in the Playa Vista submarket of Los Angeles. This property has been successfully sold, and we are currently developing two new creative office projects in the South of Market district of San Francisco at 550 7th Street and 1076 Howard Street.

550 7th Street

This creative office conversion project is located in the highly desirable SoMa West district of San Francisco. Our plans are to renovate and expand the 9,000 SF single-story board-formed concrete building to include a second story. This property offers the perfect blend of industrial chic and modern amenities.

1076 Howard

This 8,284-SF industrial warehouse building is located in the SoMa West district of San Francisco. Our plans are to renovate the property to allow for 100% office use by tech/creative tenants. This property features high ceilings and a wood-truss roof structure, making it an ideal space for innovative companies.
