Our property management division oversees both internal and externally owned assets, providing professional and skilled agents to manage each property. Our investment division is an active investor in existing properties located in California, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, and Florida, from fully leased triple net to value-add class C product. We handle all finance, inspections, and underwriting in-house, allowing us to structure and close deals that meet sellers' expectations.
