Our company was founded in 1963 by Bernice Huston, who was the first woman in San Joaquin County to earn her Broker license. Norbert Huston, our current Broker/Realtor, joined the company in its early days, working under his mother's guidance. As the company grew, Norbert took on more responsibilities, eventually becoming President of the Nor Cal Rental Property Association and later President of the Board of Directors for the San Joaquin County Fair Housing Office.
