Range Association Of Realtors

The Range Association of REALTORS (RAOR) is a professional organization that serves the real estate agents of Minnesota's Iron Range. Founded on November 12, 1968, RAOR has rapidly grown to over 175 members, representing 43 offices throughout northern St. Louis County, Minnesota. Our mission is to enhance professionalism and competency in the real estate industry, promote high standards of conduct, and provide a unified medium for real estate owners and professionals.

RAOR Membership

When you become a member of RAOR, you automatically become a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and the Minnesota Association of REALTORS (MNAR). This three-tiered structure brings you benefits from each level, including industry standards, national public policy and legal advocacy, educational and professional development, and access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

As a member of RAOR, you have access to a range of resources, including operational support for the MLS, advocacy at the local level, educational and professional development opportunities, print and electronic communications, and new member orientation. We strive to ensure the safety of our members and the public by promoting REALTOR Safety in communications, media, governance, and actions.

The Range MLS is a tool that allows real estate professionals to share information about properties for sale, exchange contract forms, and access a variety of other resources. RAOR operates the Range MLS, providing members with up-to-date information about the local real estate market.
