Our History

Our story began with Carl B. Anderson, who immigrated from Sweden in 1913 and later established a legacy in affordable housing. His son-in-law, Walter Culbert, founded Culbert Realty in 1959, and since then, the business has been passed down through generations. Today, we continue to serve the community with the same values of dedication and commitment that have guided us since our inception.
