As a family-owned business with over 35 years of experience, we've built a reputation on trust, integrity, and expertise. Our founder, Dick Trott, has a deep love for Maine's great outdoors, which led him to pursue a career in real estate. After graduating from college, Dick started investing in real estate and eventually obtained his brokerage license in 1969. Since then, we've expanded our services to include technical assistance in development and subdivision approvals through Trott Development. Our team of professionals, including registered foresters and experienced sales agents, is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and personalized guidance every step of the way.
