Maintenance Review
The maintenance team, led by Jim, has received praise from both authors, with Kimberly stating that they "do a super job" and have gone "above & beyond" to help residents. However, the authors also mention some drawbacks.
Parking Issues
Both authors criticize the parking situation, with Kimberly referring to it as "terrible" and Deformed Biscuit expressing frustration with the policy of reserving closest parking spots for staff. In the winter, this issue becomes even more challenging for visitors.
Smoking Policy
Deformed Biscuit also mentions the facility being a smoking facility, stating that it's simply something they have to accept.
