Lani is a founding board member of the Bay Commercial Bank and an advisor to the MVP Performance Institute. She has a proven track record of success in commercial and residential real estate investment and has developed a reputation as a creative and proactive problem-solver.

Our team also includes George Dy Jr, an investor and developer with a background in political economy and entrepreneurship. George has managed a 49-apartment complex and co-founded a startup aimed at connecting students with the entrepreneurial community in the Bay Area.

Nick Watchorn, another key member of our team, is an investor with decades of experience in property investment and risk management. Nick has interests in a variety of commercial and residential properties in California and Oregon and is responsible for coordinating property improvement and marketing.
