Our story began in 1960 when Barbara Marquardt, a single mother of five, opened her own real estate office, "Marquardt Realtors". Over the years, we have been dedicated to providing our community with equal access to real estate and creating opportunities for everyone. We have come a long way since then, shifting our focus from sales to property management in the 1970s and officially renaming the company to Marquardt Property Management in the 1980s.

Our team includes Nicole Norris, a Real Estate Broker and Notary Public, Judi Marquardt, a Real Estate Broker with 40 years of experience in Oakland, Joanna, who has decades of experience in Oakland property management, Alysia, who has three years of part-time experience, and John, a veteran of the US Navy with 30 years of Silicon Valley Technical and Management experience.
