- Deposit: $200 per pet/due at time of move-in ($100 refundable)
- Monthly Rent: $25 per pet
- Weight Limit: 75 lbs at full maturity (townhomes) & 40 lbs at full maturity (apartments)

Affordable Housing Program
Euclid Apartments participates in an affordable housing program. Household income & student status limitations apply. The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. The property has a minimum household income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size:

+ 3 Occupants: $42,480
+ 4 Occupants: $47,160
+ 5 Occupants: $50,940
+ 6 Occupants: $54,720
+ 7 Occupants: $58,500

+ 9 Occupants: $65,440
Security Deposit: $463 - One Month's Rent with bond option in place.
