BEBP Development Company LLC, a joint venture between Bergen Engineering Company and Branca Properties, Inc., and Episcopal Community Development, Inc. (ECD) are proud to present Franklin House Senior Apartments. This 94-unit affordable housing community is designed for individuals 55 and over, located in Franklin Borough, Sussex County, NJ. ECD is a non-sectarian, not-for-profit community development organization. Franklin House offers modern, independent living in a serene natural setting, with units enjoying views of the surrounding woods and hillside. The apartments are designed to provide a comfortable living space with amenities such as individually controlled heating and air conditioning, energy-efficient thermopane windows, and optional cable TV.

Our Services

Franklin House Senior Apartments offers a range of services and amenities to ensure a comfortable and fulfilling lifestyle. Residents can enjoy the community room for social events, crafts and activity rooms, an exercise room, and coin-operated laundry facilities. The complex also features central reception and a site office, providing a welcoming and supportive environment. For added convenience, on-site parking and emergency pull-cord systems are available. Furthermore, a Tenant Services Coordinator is on staff to assist with any needs or concerns, and on-site medical and educational programs are available.

Residency Requirements

To qualify for residency, applicants must be 55 years or older and meet specific income requirements. The annual gross income limit varies based on household size, starting at $40,080 for one person and $45,840 for two people. Rents and income limits are subject to change in accordance with federal income guidelines.
