Pricing

At Digital Tour Host, we believe in transparent and fair pricing. That's why our pricing is based on increments of square footage, as found on public tax records. We do not charge by the number of photographs or by the time spent on location, which makes our pricing easier and more effective.

Our base pricing for virtual tours and photography services is as follows:

• Up to 2000 sq ft: $160
• 2500 sq ft: $195
• 3500 sq ft: $250
• 5000 sq ft: $325
• 6500 sq ft: $390
• 8000 sq ft: $450

We also offer an internet package with slide show, admin page, and branded syndication for $35.00, as well as MP4 video conversion for $15 (branded or unbranded) or $20 for both. For lakefront or landscaped properties, we charge an additional $10 for uploaded Zillow listings.

For homes with finished basements requiring three or more shots for photographic coverage, we charge an additional $75.
