Our journey began in 1989 when our company opened its doors in Upland, California. Over the years, we have expanded our operation to provide our services in various regions. Today, we have 20 offices across the Western United States and Hawaii, managing over 40 million square feet of commercial real estate.

• Quarterly Review of CAM Expenses: We evaluate Common Area Maintenance (CAM) expense quarterly and perform annual CAM reconciliations at the end of the year for proper tenant invoicing as required.
• Annual Budgets: We prepare annual budgets along with our quarterly reviews, ensuring that your investment is on track and provides extensive detail of your projects for the coming year.
• Property Management Services: Our services include weekly property inspections, annual property insurance review, rent collections, tenant retention, lease administration, budget planning, annual Cam reconciliation, vendor & service contracts, property accounting and financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and leasing support.
