Our History

The Insalaco Family has a remarkable reputation as successful entrepreneurs, established in 1947 with Insalaco's Supermarkets. Over the course of 46 years, their grocery store operation flourished to encompass 14 locations, employing a dedicated workforce of 1,500 individuals. In 1993, after a highly prosperous journey, the Insalaco's Supermarkets was sold. Recognizing the importance of diversifying their investments, the Insalaco family ventured into the realm of real estate, aiming to fortify their personal portfolio and establish a solid financial foundation for the future.

In 1994, the Insalaco Development Group was founded, a new enterprise dedicated to expanding their capabilities and providing exceptional real estate services throughout the Tri-state area. Fast forward 40 years and three generations later, the Insalaco family continues to deliver exceptional expertise and the highest quality of service since the beginning. With no signs of slowing down, Insalaco Development Group possesses over a combined 100 years of real estate experience in property management, investment, and development.
