Common Issues
Several tenants have reported issues with the apartment complex, including:
Lack of Ventilation and Odors: One tenant complained about the lack of open windows, which they claimed was a fire hazard and a public safety issue. Others have mentioned the presence of marijuana smoke in the building, which they found unpleasant.
Expensive Rent: Some tenants felt that the rent was too high compared to the quality of the apartments. "The place has no open windows in any of its apartments. No windows that open! This is a public safety issue and quite frankly - the staff are not doing anything about this. Penn. Department of Safety should be looking into this immediately. This is a fire hazard. They're too cheap to fix this."
Dated Amenities: Another tenant reported that the gym was outdated and in need of improvement.
