Unfortunately, two reviewers had a disappointing experience with the company. Mark and William had issues with communication and service. Mark felt abandoned by the agent Tami, and William was unhappy with the mortgage process, which led to unnecessary extra costs. Dell Seiter, the agent, was perceived as arrogant and pompous, while his wife, Terri, owns the company.
