We welcome your furry friends at Cave Mill Apartments! Our pet policy allows for two pets per apartment home, with a maximum weight limit of 75 pounds. Sorry, we do not accept Pit Bull, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, or Akita breeds. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies, with a monthly pet rent of $30 for one pet or $50 for two pets.
