The majority of reviews for this apartment complex are overwhelmingly negative. Reviewers have expressed numerous complaints about the poor quality of construction, citing issues with insulation, resulting in cold winters and hot summers. Additionally, many reviewers have reported having to constantly run the air conditioning in the summer.
Unclear Rules and Aggressive Tow Policies
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the complex's towing policies, with some even reporting that their cars were towed without warning. The complex's management has been criticized for being unfriendly, rude, and nickel-and-diming renters for various reasons.
