Our story begins with our founder, Winston Pulliam, an entrepreneur who had a vision for the future of our region. In the 1960s, he acquired land parcel by parcel, foreseeing the development of the area that would become the fastest-growing region of Asheville/Buncombe County. As his vision took shape, his son, Rusty Pulliam, joined the company in 1985 and focused the firm's attention on commercial real estate brokerage and development. Under Rusty's leadership, the company went on to develop several office, retail, and industrial properties in the area.
