Bear Village Apartments

We have operated Bear Village Apartments since 2013, providing modern student housing in the heart of Springfield. Our team combines over a decade of experience in property management and student services. We specialize in fully furnished apartments that include private bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and inunit washer and dryer. We address the common problem of limited campus proximity by locating our community just steps from MSU campus. We offer stateoftheart fitness facilities, a clubhouse with game and social spaces, and a resortstyle pool to enhance resident life. We maintain rigorous standards for cleanliness, safety, and modern design in every unit and common area.

We provide petfriendly living options, private study areas on each floor, and keyless entry for resident security. We have earned the Best OffCampus Housing award five times, demonstrating our commitment to excellence. We continuously gather resident feedback to improve amenities and ensure a satisfying living experience. Our staff is trained to resolve maintenance issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption for our residents. We are dedicated to delivering an active, comfortable, and supportive environment that enhances the college experience.
