Oak Brook Commons opened its first apartment building to residents in 1993, and we have proudly continued to offer a superior quality lifestyle for our residents in our 204 apartment homes. Privately owned and managed by Chuck Hoffman, our community is designed to provide the best possible living experience for our residents.
Our Community
We are conveniently located on Route 9 in the Town of Clifton Park, Saratoga County, with easy access to the Adirondack Northway Interstate 87 exit 9 or 10. Our apartments offer spacious floor plans, kitchen appliances, walk-in closets, washer/dryer hook-ups, gas heat and hot water, and central air. Each apartment comes with its own private patio or balcony, providing a relaxing outdoor space for our residents to enjoy.
