Our journey began when Pamela Swanigan, one of our principals, worked for New York State at SUNY, involved in supplier diversity, minority and women's rights for many years, taking five years to work as a high school teacher. With her deep understanding of the complexities of the real estate market in this geographic area, she brings a unique perspective to our company.

As a for-profit business, we believe that our success is closely tied to how we care for our community. We strive to be responsible custodians of the land and to build projects that enrich the lives of those around us. Our goal is to improve our community and help each other succeed.
