Maintenance and Staff Issues
Several residents have expressed dissatisfaction with the maintenance and staff at Knowlton Apartments. Cecilia Casiano, who gave the apartment complex a 1-star rating, described her experiences with unprofessional staff, including pest control attempting to break into her apartment and a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. She also mentioned that her car was stolen from the property.

They praised the friendly and helpful leasing staff, including Jen and Ivonne. Ulysses mentioned that the staff went out of their way to help him during a financial difficulty.
