The staff at Woodbury Gardens, including Ms. Lily, Ms. Jenna, Ms. Sydney, and Eric, were consistently praised for their excellent service and friendly demeanor. The maintenance team was also commended for their prompt response to service requests.
Amenities and Location
The apartment complex offers a range of amenities, including a dog park, tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, and a clubhouse with lounge areas, office spaces, kitchens, a gym, and an outdoor pool. The location is conveniently situated near groceries stores, liquor stores, CVS, gas stations, and highways, with downtown Ann Arbor just a 6-10 minute drive away.
Units and Rent
Some residents were pleased with the cleanliness and maintenance of their units, while others noted that some appliances were outdated or not working well. Rent prices were a concern for some, with one reviewer mentioning that they were able to lock in a low rate during the Covid-19 pandemic.
