We offer a wide range of houses and apartments for rent, from efficiency apartments to six-bedroom houses, located both on and off campus. Our properties are primarily located within a 6-block radius of the University of Michigan's central campus, although we also manage properties in neighborhoods more distant from campus and downtown Ann Arbor.
