What check-in and check-out times should I expect?
Check-in starts at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 10 a.m. Late check-outs incur a $50 fee.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations 14+ days before arrival receive refunds minus $50-$500 fees. No refunds within 14 days unless re-rented.
Are pets allowed in rental units?
Pets require prior approval and a $100 deposit. No pets allowed December 1-March 15.
Do you offer travel insurance?
