Our team is led by "Lil" Jack and Janet Anderson, who took over the reins of the company from his parents in 2012. With over 20 years of carpentry and construction experience, "Lil" Jack brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, enabling us to offer comprehensive property management services. Janet, with her background in office management and human resources, ensures the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Our daughter, Jayme, oversees marketing and advertising, assists with property management, and is a licensed realtor. Together, we form a dynamic team that is committed to providing top-notch service to our guests and owners.
