Overall Experience
The experience of living in this complex has been mixed, with some residents reporting positive experiences and others having negative experiences.
Facilities and Maintenance
The apartments are reportedly nice, and the office staff is friendly. However, the maintenance staff's response time is sometimes slow. The parking situation is described as "outrageous" with many residents having to hike to their apartments. The gates at the entrance have been broken for several months, and the trash compactor is often overflowing.
Additional Issues
Some residents have reported issues with the workout equipment, which is described as "bottom of the barrel" and often broken. The gates are not functional, allowing anyone to enter the complex. There have been issues with noise from conjoining neighbors and smells from alleged drug use. The response to these issues has been slow or nonexistent.
Policy and Communication
There have been reports of unfair treatment and inconsistencies in policy enforcement. One resident was given a 60-day notice to vacate their apartment due to being late on rent four times, despite having a good payment history. Another resident reported being told that it was policy, but the lease agreement did not mention this policy.
Security and Safety
There have been concerns about the lack of security and safety measures in the complex. There is no security or courtesy officer on site, and there have been reports of drug use and criminal activity.
