Our Apartments
At Rockwood Gardens, every apartment comes with a heated storage room, adding a $150/month value to your living experience! Our one-bedroom apartments are available in three variants - 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor - with monthly rents of $1625, $1720, and $1740, respectively. Our two-bedroom apartments also come in three options - 1st floor, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor - with monthly rents of $1905, $2000, and $2020, respectively. All our apartments are designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, ensuring you feel right at home from the moment you step in.
Laundry Connect
Rockwood Gardens is proud to introduce Laundry Connect Pay, a feature-rich app that allows you to operate the washers and dryers in our laundry rooms with your smartphone. Easy to set up, add value, start machines, track history, contact us, and request service - Laundry Connect Pay adds convenience and value to your living experience at Rockwood Gardens.
