As a family-friendly apartment community, we take pride in offering two spacious floor plans to choose from, each designed with you in mind. Our one and two-bedroom apartments feature separate dining areas, walk-in closets, and fully-equipped kitchens with appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, and garbage disposals. Some units also come with optional microwaves and dishwashers. Our professional on-site team is always eager to show you around and help you make the most of your living experience at Cedar Crest.
Our Amenities
We understand the importance of convenience and comfort in your living space. That's why we offer a range of community amenities, including central heating and air conditioning, on-site laundry facilities, and professional on-site management available five days a week. We also provide on-site maintenance with 24-hour emergency support, package acceptance at our leasing office, and easy access to major commuting routes, including Hwy 169 and Hwy 75.
Pet-Friendly Living
At Cedar Crest Apartments, we welcome pets and understand the importance of having your furry friends by your side. Our pet-friendly community allows cats and dogs, with a 25-pound limit and no aggressive breeds accepted. We charge a $300 fee/deposit per pet, with a maximum of two pets per unit. Half of the pet fee/deposit is non-refundable.
