• Community Features: 24 Hour Emergency Maintenance, Backed Up to Golf Course, Basketball Court, Community Room with Fully Equipped Kitchen, Neighborhood Networks, Computer Training Center, Fitness Center/Recreation Room, Basic Needs & Social Service Support, Laundry Facility, On-Site Day Care, and On-Site Management.
• Apartment Features: Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Washer & Dryer Connections.
• Pet Policy: We welcome pets, with a maximum weight of 30 pounds and a maximum number of two pets. A pet deposit of $300 applies.
• Parking: Free, unassigned, and surface lot parking is available.
