He previously served as CFO for Dwell Finance and held leadership roles at Carmel Partners and Lennar Corporation. A certified public accountant, he graduated from San Francisco State University.
Kelly Chang Levine
President of Westlake Urban
Kelly Chang Levine directs development efforts for Westlake properties, bridging development and operations teams. Prior to joining Westlake, she worked in digital advertising at Ogury and Digital Trends. She holds a degree in East Asian Studies from Harvard College.
