Our History

Don Wilson Builders was founded by Don Wilson, Sr. in 1955. From its inception, the company has built over 30,000 single-family homes in Southern California. In addition to single-family homes, we have also built numerous apartment communities and commercial business parks. Our company has always focused on its property management services, managing properties in our own portfolio as well as those held through partnerships. Our property management team is renowned for maximizing property values through proper maintenance and exceptional service to both residential and commercial tenants.

Residential Properties

Our residential portfolio includes a range of properties, from apartments to single-family homes. We have developed, built, and managed apartment communities such as Calle Mayor Apartments, Park Vista South Apartments, Woodlake Apartments, and Moonraker Apartments. Our single-family home developments include Park Vista South, Woodlake, and Moonraker.

Commercial Properties

Our commercial portfolio includes business parks and office spaces. We have developed and managed commercial properties such as Goodyear Business Park, Pacific Park Plaza, Journey Business Park, Brookhollow Business Park, Town Center Business Park, and Marble Park Investments. We also have a presence in Marble Park III, Current Projects, Scorpion Bay, Carson Property, Cambria Court, Carson Court, and Pacific Gateway II.
