Floor Plans

We offer five unique floor plan options, ranging from 525 square feet to 1,120 square feet. Our apartments are designed to be spacious and welcoming, with conveniences like washer and dryer connections, air conditioning, and vaulted ceilings in select homes. You'll also find walk-in closets and plenty of natural light, making organization and relaxation a breeze.

Neighborhood

Our community is located just one mile from Interstate 640 and three miles from I-40, making it easy to get around Knoxville. We're also close to several major employers, including the University of Tennessee, Green Mountain Coffee, and UPS. Plus, with a Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) bus stop right at the entrance to our community, you can choose to take public transportation or drive yourself.
