Our History

Founded in 1978 by Raymond H. Petereit, Petereit Investments has grown from the development of a single retail property in Spring, TX to owning and managing 29 commercial properties throughout Houston and surrounding areas. Our portfolio of over 1 million sq. ft. is locally managed by a dedicated and seasoned team who are committed to serving our tenants. Over the years, our drive to build and cultivate meaningful relationships with our tenants has led to a high retention rate with several of our tenants having been with us for over 20 years.
