We originally incorporated our firm in 1991 to provide clients with reliable commercial real estate appraisals and consultation services. Since our inception, we have been centrally located in downtown Minneapolis, allowing us to effectively serve the Minneapolis and St. Paul metropolitan area. Our strategic location in the heart of the regional financial and economic center uniquely positions us to closely address the needs of local lending institutions. We hold permanent real estate licenses in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Colorado, Kansas, Georgia, Michigan, and Missouri. Additionally, we can secure temporary licensing to offer our appraisal services throughout the rest of the United States. Our principals, Timothy L. Vergin and Ryan L. Bauer, each hold the prestigious MAI designation as awarded by the Appraisal Institute.
Mr. Vergin brings specialized academic knowledge with his Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from St. Cloud State University. Mr. Bauer complements our leadership with his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Nebraska. We ensure all our appraisal employees strictly adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the Appraisal Institute Standards of Professional Ethics. Our professional staff is actively involved with the Appraisal Institute, and we consistently encourage our team to work toward advanced professional designations.
