Building Quality from the Ground Up
At Adler Development, we are a full-service real estate development firm with a portfolio that extends from Bergen to Burlington counties. Our combined holdings, built over our 50-plus-year history, comprise nearly two million square feet of warehouse, office, and flex space, as well as 800 apartment units. With a focus on service and sustainable development practices, our expertise lies in the areas of new development, brownfield re-development, renovation of existing properties, and LEED certification.
Our Capabilities
Whether you're seeking commercial or flex-use property to lease or develop, the trusted partner for your project is Adler Development. We build quality from the ground up into every project we undertake. In fact, commercial construction is how Adler Development got started. Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities to become the general contractor, manager, and leasing agent for our growing portfolio of industrial and flex space warehouses, office buildings, apartment complexes, and sustainable real estate projects. Our long-term approach to every project emphasizes quality, attention to detail, and flexibility in meeting all of our tenants' needs. We still own and manage our first development property.
Our History
We are proud of our long history and strong commitment to our tenants; in fact, we still own and manage our first development property. Our company got its start in 1963, after founder Bernie Adler, who had been involved in developing home subdivisions, turned to commercial real estate management and development. He formed B&A Construction, which eventually became Adler Development.
Our Properties
Our portfolio includes a diverse range of properties, including industrial and flex space warehouses, office buildings, apartment complexes, and sustainable real estate projects. We offer a variety of properties for lease or development, and our experienced team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our tenants.
