Windward Realty specializes in oceanfront properties, rentals, and sales on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina, at Indian Beach, Salter Path, NC. We are dedicated to providing our guests with the ultimate beach vacation experience. Our properties offer direct oceanfront access, perfect for swimming, finding shells, long walks, building sand castles, or just laying out under the sun.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services to ensure your stay with us is enjoyable and relaxing. Our amenities include free Wi-Fi, indoor-outdoor pools, a Jacuzzi, elevators, fire sprinklers, and on-site management. Each of our units is privately owned and occasionally available for purchase, giving you the opportunity to become a unit owner at Windward Dunes.

We also offer a range of rental options, from one-bedroom units that sleep four to two-bedroom units that sleep up to six. Our rentals include linens and cleaning services, making your stay with us as hassle-free as possible. Taxes are 12.75%, and there is a $100.00 processing fee. Our weekly rates vary by season, with peak season running from June to August and off-season from September to May.
