Since 1971, Corcoran Jennison has completed numerous successful real estate development projects. Our Team

Our team is led by experienced professionals who are passionate about creating thriving communities. Gary Jennison II, our President, oversees a portfolio of over 14,000 residential units and 500,000 square feet of commercial property. Our regional property managers, Ryan Bettez, Karen O'Rourke, and Justin Holstrom, are responsible for managing millions of dollars in revenue and overseeing operating budgets and capital improvements. Our Director of Compliance, Marie Morreale, has over 34 years of multi-family property management and compliance experience.
