• Real Estate Services: Moving Soon? Here are the first steps to selling a home: Contact Mark to set up an initial appointment to discuss your selling options. He'll view your property and explain the benefits of each selling method, so choosing what works best for you is as easy as possible. When a selling method has been decided upon, a contract will be signed in accordance with Ohio law. Mark will then schedule specific dates for your open houses and/or auctions. Next, Mark will advertise that your property's on the market in several area newspapers, as well as on his real estate webpage. You'll be the first to know as Mark receives buying interest.

• Auction Services: Everything you need to know to get started. The Initial Appointment - If your auction will include an estate, the first appointment with Mark should take place at the potential auction site. This is where Mark will view and assess the items and property to be auctioned. He'll also review the general auction process with you. *In the event an estate is being auctioned, any and all items the family wishes not to be sold should be labeled, "Not to be Sold, " and removed from the premises. In order to prevent accusations of false advertising, once Mark has written and published a sale bill, the selling family may not remove anything from that list. Setting a Date - Depending on the scale of your auction and the amount of research and advertising to be done, Mark usually needs about six weeks to fully prepare an auction. When you confirm your auction date, please be aware that this date is final.

About Mark

Mark Yosick grew up and still resides today in the town of New Washington, Ohio. There he and his wife, Chriss raised three wonderful children, all of whom have participated and played many roles in their Dad's business throughout the years. Mark is a graduate of the renowned Missouri Auction School. Upon completion of an apprenticeship under the direction of Stan Gebhardt, Mark received his auctioneering license in 1983. He then acquired his Ohio Real Estate education from The Ohio State University in 1984. During the past twenty-four years as a reputable auctioneer and real estate agent, Mark has enjoyed teaching and mentoring many aspiring auctioneers in the Ohio area. Respected for being honest and professional, he's been quite the popular choice for others to complete apprenticeships under, as well as the steadfast preference of many satisfied clients.
